A Memorial Tribute for Tom Verwey

On behalf of the entire BSCD group, we thank you Tom for the time and memories you shared with us. You were a true inspiration to us all. You were a one tough 'rigid' man.  You have kept the faith, and a true warrior! The love and service you had for the church and God - a self-giving act was remarkable and you have set a good example for each one of us!  It will never be forgotten. Deo gratias!
We are praying for you and pray for us.

You will be missed. God rest your soul and see you later Tom!

His life and teachings continue to inspire believers around the world. Born Youssef Antoun Makhlouf in 1828 (and venerated as Saint Charbel) in a small village called Bekaa Kafra. Charbel grew up in a humble family and was deeply devoted to his faith from a young age.
