New Year's Resolution If you make new year's resolutions (to grow spiritually), here are 5 things I would recommend to add to yours. (IF you haven't done so, yet) 1. Pray the  Divine Office , rosary and  'Litany of Humility'  everyday. 2. Do  'Stations of the Cross'  and/or  'Stations of the Cross for the Holy Souls in Purgatory'  on  Fridays . 3. Go to confession weekly or once every 2 weeks, and attend Daily Mass. Fast (on Fridays) and make sacrifices. Spend an hour in  Eucharistic adoration  (in the chapel) in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. 4.  Understand  and  learn  Latin Mass. 5. Attend Traditional Latin Mass once a month.
