Cdl. Dolan: 
Excommunicating pro-abortion politicians 'not an appropriate response.'
So according to Cdl. Dolan, 'excommunication' is not an appropriate response to pro abort politicians like Gov. Cuomo - that the Catholic Church teaching (CCC 2272) is not relevant anymore.
