Should we prepare and
start stocking up now? Like I said from the previous post, you make your
own decision if you feel like it is really necessary for you, and hopefully you won't
have to. I for one would consider on doing it — but more importantly, go to
confession and remain in a state of Grace. And one more advice, pray and
meditate on Psalm 91 everyday,
as frequent as you can.

When a memo like this gets sent out, they know its about to get bad — possible quarantine and Martial Law will take effect. Let's pray that this won't happen..
Here is a couple of piece to pay attention to on the US Marine signed memo.
REF I IS GLOBAL CAMPAIGN PLAN 3551, WHICH DIRECTS USNORTHCOM TO EXECUTE ITS PANDEMIC PLAN AND SUPPORTING GEOGRAPHIC COMBATANT COMMANDS TO EXECUTE THEIR PANDEMIC PLANS IN RESPONSE TO THE NCOV OUTBREAK.
3.D.1.J. Become familiar with authority to declare a public health emergency, restrict movement, quarantine and isolate. Coordinate with Federal, State, local, and military treatment facilities and public health emergency officials outlined in Section 3 of reference B.
W.H.O. have declared this virus as a global threat. Number of cases and deaths are increasing almost everyday and may be more than what the media is reporting.
Not trying to cause panic and/or NOT advising anyone to stock up on necessary things to get by just in case quarantine takes effect.
I have zero experience in pandemic-prepping. I'm not a prepping-expert, just making everyone aware. You make your own decision if you feel like it is really necessary, and hopefully you won't have to.
But one thing I do advise and encourage everyone to do is — Be in a state of grace!
